Evil Girls are scary creatures that either want to know what you taste like or want to turn you into their henchmen hubby (or worshipper wifey). They use various evil tactics to lure you into their evil schemes such as dressing up cute, wearing evil girl makeup (typically eyeshadow), being nice to you, or giving you compliments and cute nicknames.
In some cases, Evil Girls will change their appearance to achieve their goals. You can usually spot Evil Girls out in the wild if they visually have some or all of the following features:

Please note that Evil Girls are not simply defined by their outter appearance, but often the motivation to said appearance. Some may not alter their appearance at all. The likes of emo/goth/etc. lifestyles cannot be automically deemed as evil due to the general popularity of the lifestyle beyond Evil Girls. Those committing acts of evil for the sake of personal beliefs or for pure entertainment should not be mistaken as a trait for Evil Girls either because there's a difference between being an evil girl and being fucked up in general.
